Philosopher Kid
上一個長週末，趁好天氣，帶著小豬B到附近的公園餵鴨仔。這是小豬B首次近距離接觸鴨子。他全神灌注地留意小鴨一舉一動，將麵包捏碎，扔向一大群的小鴨。我則被他那閃爍著好奇的眼神，深深地吸引著。
對大人來說，做了這麼多年人，一切都變得習以為常，對身邊的所有事物都有了固定的概念，難以對生活中的微細事物產生強烈好奇，。如此一來，好奇心、觀察力、求知慾、以至創意都逐漸減低。
但對小孩子而言，一切都仍新鮮。在大人眼中平平無奇的事物，都會令他們全情投入地觀察、發掘、和學習。每次見到汪汪狗、小甲蟲、大巴士，都會興奮得又叫又跳。
這份強烈的好
奇，正是哲學家之所以為哲學家的動力所在。正如 Sophie's World 中的小女孩所領悟：The only thing we require to be good philosophers is the faculty of wonder。也許，在現實世界中，很難出現柏拉圖所謂的 philosopher king。但每一個小孩子，其實骨子裡都是個 philosopher kid。
餵鴨仔的經歷，在小豬B的心靈中大概留下了深刻的印象。因為直至現在，每次吃麵包，他都會把麵包捏碎...

Good point.
We actually went to a pond belongs to a golf club. And the staffs there apparently had no problem about people feeding the ducks.
But whether it is not allowed in public park, I don't know. Let me check with park boards.
